The Cassa Experience mixed case consists of 5 different Barolo, each from an indivual vineyard recognised as Menzione Geografica Aggiuntiva (MGA) from the 2018 vintage. A very rainy start to the season was welcome to restore water balance after the heat of 2017 and allow quick ripening. Favourable conditions towards harvest meant the grapes could stay on vine longer and achieve greater balance and richness. This case consists of Barolo from Lazzarito, Mosconi, Monvigliero, Castelletto and Fossati.
